| Subject: Aaron update 80 Date: Monday, February 24, 2003 1:24 PM From: Kevin Quick To: Aaron Update List Today, with update 80, Aaron is 90 days old (and 37 weeks gestational age). Aaron continues to do well on his on-demand feeding. His weight was up 5 grams today, so he’s now at 2285 grams, or 5.03 pounds. He’s maintaining his weight; he’s meeting his challenge of going without any gavage feeds. His oxygen requirements continue to decrease. He was at 26% oxygen this morning as he was breast feeding (ambient air is 21%). It looks like we’re lining up for Aaron to go home in about 2 weeks. Kathleen and I will be going home this (Monday) afternoon. We’ll return to SF on Thursday. Two weeks! We can make it! Love, Kevin & Kathleen |
