| Subject: Aaron update 115 Date: Sunday, April 27, 2003 11:55 AM From: Kevin Quick To: Aaron Update List Not much new going on, but it’s been a week and a half since our last update, and I thought I should let you all know that we’re doing fine. Aaron’s been off of oxygen for 4 hours each day for the past two weeks. Today we’re beginning going without oxygen for 8 hours a day. If this goes well, after another couple of weeks, we’ll be on oxygen only at night. We’re mostly just feeding, burping and sleeping; normal baby stuff. Aaron keeps us up once in a while when he’s particularly fussy, but nothing really out of the ordinary. He’s just beginning to smile a little bit when we play with him, wave his arms around, etc., we think. We think his eyes are blue, although you can’t really tell that from this picture, which I took last night. (Probably the incandescent light doesn’t have as much blue light in it as sunlight does; his eyes look bluer in sunlight.) He’s starting to grow some (blond) hair. I was looking at some of his pictures from several months ago yesterday, and he had more hair back then. It looks like his “baby hair” has fallen out, and now he’s getting the real stuff.
