OK, here we are, all together again in San Francisco.

All is very well with Aaron, we’re happy to say. His infection appears to have gone away, his vital signs are good, and he looks great. His pooping and peeing is back to normal.

He’s definitely getting bigger. He weighed in today at 910 grams (birth weight was 695 grams).

Last night they resumed his “gut stimulation,” with 1cc of milk every 2 hours. This morning, they cranked it up to 2cc every 2 hours. He’s pooping green stuff (don’t you love these details?), which means the milk is making it all the way through his system now.

Kathleen and I both got to change his diapers today. The attached photo is of Kathleen doing her changing.

It’s very good to be back together; it was difficult emotionally for both of us being apart last week. We are both quite worn out now, from all the stress, worry and busyness. We know this is a busy and stressful time for everyone, but if you happen to remember us in prayer, please ask that Kathleen and I can relax enough to regroup and get prepared for our next challenges. It feels like our tanks are running close to empty, and we thought our family and close friends would like to know how we’re honestly doing. We’ll make it through, with your continued love and support.

Love, Kevin, Kathleen & Aaron
