It's been a month since our last update, so I thought I'd let you know how things are going.

Things are going along pretty well. Aaron weighed 14.25 pounds this morning; he's gained about 1/2 pound in the past month. So, he's growing slowly, but growing. His throw-ups have lessened from one per day to about one every three days or so. He's becoming less interested in the bottle (Pediasure) and more interested in solid food. He's been having scrambled eggs for breakfast lately, and enjoying them very much (see the attached picture from this morning).

The past couple of days, he's had a few odd facial twitches, so we're backing off on the Reglan just a bit, from 4 doses per day to 3 doses per day.

We've been bringing Aaron out a little bit more, since we're into summer now, and the cold and flu germs have subsided significantly. We brought Aaron and Robin to church for a party honoring pastor Gary for acquiring his doctoral degree. This was the first time that we've brought the kids to church, so it was fun introducing them to everybody. Aaron hammed things up as usual, smiling and waving at everyone, and it was a good experience. Robin was just her peaceful, placid self, and several people enjoyed holding her, giving Kathleen a little break.

Aaron says "Daddy" very often and very clearly. He doesn't say too much else, other than "up" when he puts his hands up in the air. He's very talented in making different sounds with his mouth: raspberries, pops, clicks, grunts; he must have a repertoire of at least a dozen of these sounds, which he demonstrates with gusto. Gee, I wonder where he got that talent from? :) He's not walking on his own yet, but he does walk around holding onto things quite well.

Robin is just fine, as usual, and is 13.5 pounds now, so Aaron is still the bigger brother. She's a real sweetie, and has been smiling and cooing a lot. She's almost 5 months old now.

Kathleen's been very busy, of course, but managing OK. She brings both kids out with her to the supermarket, etc., and shuttles them around in their double stroller (thanks again, Brad & Leslie!). The most common question that she's asked now has switched from "How old is he?" to "Are they twins?" We almost expect that question now whenever we meet someone new.

Enjoy your holiday weekend, everyone. Happy Independence Day!

Love, Kevin, Kathleen, Aaron and Robin
